Do you need to be aware of copyright issues? You are using at least 2 copyrighted logos (and the 20th century fox music) I think if someone was trying to make money with an animation & they used copyrighted music then they might have something to worry about, but as Caligari only offers money in the sense that it's money off your future Caligari purchases, I don't think he's got that much to worry about. Besides, I'm pretty sure I've seen 1 or 2 animations in previous months that have had copyrighted music. I think as long as you aren't trying to make money off it & correctly attribute the music to it's original artist you should be ok. [Disclaimer: I am not a legal expert, this is just my opinion.]
