Looks cool but for the having to pay for the content you use. :(

How does buying on Animeeple work?

When you want to export what you've made, you pay for the content that you used. To purchase your content, click on the Cart tab in Animeeple, then on the Checkout button. A browser window will open with instructions on purchasing your items. Check out this wiki page for more details on animating, and this wiki page for more details on purchases.

How can I make sure that content works before I buy it?

You can try out everything in Animeeple before you buy it. You only need to buy content before you export.

What's Animeeple's refund policy?

Since we allow you to try out all content before you buy it, it is our policy not to allow refunds. If you feel there were extenuating circumstances, please email us at contact@animeeple.com.

Hi J,

As a part of becoming a seller it signs you up to amazon.com

the agreement is 80/20 80 to the seller.

You can browse thousands of motions and try them out on characters in the editing tool, the editing tool is much like ANIMATE with blocks, and even weighting on clips.

All the motions are previewable on all the characters

You can upload your own motions and characters.

You can also render animations made out in several formats, like single frame or avi ,swf , etc,

You can import and export collada or bvh and also allow it to be exportable or just renderable for FREE

It is even second life avatar compatible.

Really this is very nice. worth looking into even though a bit skeptical.

Cheers

Checking this out more I find this might be very interesting. It seems like a give and take. You can sell your animations and such and you can buy animations and such. If site gets well known enough then there will be buyers looking to purchase your work but if site does not get popular then not much will sell and you would end up buying more than you sell. If site does get popular than it would be good exposure selling and showing your work. I hope it gets super popular as I love this whole concept. :)

Hi J,

Did you try the downloadable software?,

When you open it, you can enter serach terms or tags, then blammo the motions or characters come up in the left, or you can import bvh and collada.

Wow, I have just been trying it out right now and I feel an addiction coming on. In addition to my Daz ANIMATE and Poser to Truespace pipeline I now have this to work on... and who knows, come of us Truespace users maybe could make a little money off this.

p.s. Daz Studio to Truespace test

This is definitely not the future. One future maybe, but not THE future. Animation is a bit more than mocapped BVH files. But i think we will never reach a consensus at this point ;)

Mr bones I do see potential in this program I just dont

like the marketplace thing inside that program ...;)

And i dont like the purchase item option in Vue either!

If it were a standalone program ....even if it costed money... without

the share model thing I´d jump on it like I do on most things.;)
