It's been awhile since I've posted any WIPs. Than again I rarely post here lol. This is some rifle I decided to make out of the blue. No project really, I'm just teaching myself to model I guess heh. Anyway, I'm looking for some more things to add on..(I'm planning for a scope on the top of the model) I also have bullet shells made for it too. suggestions and critiscism welcome! :) Post by b_scotty // Sep 17, 2006, 4:06pm b_scotty Total Posts: 176 Interesting design there! I don't think I've seen a rifle with a hand grip like that before. One thing that strikes me, is that the sight on the end of the muzzle would seem to be obscured by the rise on the stock. Other than that, nice work! :) Post by KeithC // Sep 19, 2006, 9:39am KeithC Total Posts: 467 I don't know if it's the shadows, but the grip of teh weapon seems a bit disproportionate to the rest of the weapon; and the butt of the weapon seems a bit frail. However, since it's a futuristic rifle, it could be made of some super-strong polymer.:D Nice work though, -Keith Post by Birdnest // Sep 21, 2006, 3:40pm Birdnest Total Posts: 152 Well the reason the gun has strange looking areas is becuase I'm trying to make it look different than our modern weapons but with few simularities.
