hi, thought id post here what i have done on CGTalk.com, they have begun an unofficial Game Art challenge called 'Master Chamber' challenge being to create a game level (one room) with maximum of 20,000 triangles, something i fealt i could give a go, so ill post you what ive done so far

That is really good, is the winner going to have their scene converted to an UT map or some other game format? |

using TS version 7 for this, the winner gets their entry shown on the frontpage of the cgtalk website, which believe me is an honor lol as well as choosing the next challenge.

latest renders, Ive now nearly finished this, just textureing surrounding walls and tweaking lighting, crits and comments would be appreciated e.g. would you play on this map? lol

Really looks like something worth playing. I'd love to see it in a game engine (player?). |

if i knew how to put this into an engine, i would lol, really wish i could heh, this is rendered in virtual light so the player view doesnt seem to be too different, except for the glass flooring (doesnt show) and you cant see the beams of electricity as clearly, if anyone can tell me how to get this into a HL2 MOD then let me know heh |
