Hi Folks.

Some of you here were kept asking me about my poor Ma. I just wanted to let you know that she passed away last night :( . After two years of battling against and winning against a burst bowel, blood clots, cancer, more blood clots and a brain tumour, she then caught a touch of pnumonia and finally passed away on Saturday the 12th of August 2006 at 9:40p.m. She was without a doubt the best Ma in the universe...

I'm not very good with words in such situations, but I'm sorry to hear that Paul.

I'm sorry to hear about your mom Paul. I lost mine to Leukemia a few years back. It's always hard to lose someone very close like that. You and yours will be in my thoughts, and I wish you peace and strength in these difficult times.

Sorry to hear the sad news. No words are much use at a time like this, and it is just a small thing compared to what you are facing, but you do have friends here in the community as can be seen in this thread. Our thoughts are with you.

Sorry to hear. Lost mine a few short years ago to lung cancer, time passes quickly so keep her memory close. If you are lucky you'll have a voice recording, photos/videos. I have an answering machine and tape that I should back up digitally.

Just today while looking for warranty info. on some stupid electronic crap, I found what must be the last birthday card she sent -"Life's a trip Son. Hope you always enjoy the ride... and you never forget the way home. Love you. Happy Birthday".

Best Wishes Paul,

Mike

Thanks, Everyone, really do appreciate the messages above :). Slowly we are trying to bring some normality back into our lives here, but life will never be the same without her.

Thanks again, appreciate it.

Paul.

Hi Paul

I've been away and this is sad news to return to. It's a little belated but I wish to add my condolences to those of the others here. My sympathies are with you and your family at this time.
