Apparently you can't advertise TrueSpace for sale on this forum (my post was deleted). I am sorry, I looked for the forum guidelines to see if it was or wasn't permitted, but couldn't find anything. Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough -- sorry to break forum protocol.

But this raises another question: does anyone know what I need to do to transfer my ownership or license of TrueSpace once I am able to sell it?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Hello Joel,

The trueSpace7 end user license agreement specifies that a trueSpace7 license is non-transferrable. This was the reason for the removal of the post, it is not possible (legal) to sell trueSpace7 used.

HTH!

Where the heck is the EULA?

If this is true then Caligari can kiss a customer goodbye!

That's outrageous!!!!

The EULA is 'hidden' until you install the software, virtually ALL software company's have taken this backhanded 18th century land swinding method. It's that long scroll screen where you have to check "I Agree" in order to be able to use/install the software.

TomG, while I can understand the change(shrinking markets), it's something of a bad policy move given the history of the previous versions.

Didn't know about not being able to re-sell it. Thanks for the heads-up.
