One question for you all. Why do you suppose AWCom doesn't listen to you and
be like they are? Well maybe you should take a look at yourselves rather
than putting your face up in AWcoms! All you people do is whine and moan
about it! If I were Facter or a AWCom member I would DEFINITLY get sick and
tired of you guys. You yell, complain and argue with them! Your lucky that
someone of them even respond to you. Untill you learn to maybe shut up and
wait and see what comes instead of yelling and wanting everything done YOUR
way, AWCom might actually do something for you. Well thats all for today The
Weakest link is on and that is definitly a lot more interesting than
listening to your whiners moan and groan about AWCom.

There are some things you just simply do not post. It's a well-known fact
that no matter what anybody does, you can be sure to find at least one
person out there to complain about it. That's human nature.

Guess what, Mike? I HAVE been waiting patiently, for 5 years in fact, for things to
change and watch what's coming. And you know what I saw over those 5 years? A
continual and steady decline in the amount of interaction between AWCi and its
customers. It's only been recently since someone like Facter has even bothered to
hear our complaints. But, as Roland pointed out, even that isn't enough when they
ignore the employees as well as the customers. And it's only been since then that
I've finally decided to let my frustrations loose in these NGs, in the vain hope that
it'll enlighten others to what's been going on all this time, since most people seem
content to close their eyes and pretend nothing's happening.

I realize you're relatively new around here, so you probably didn't know that. Just
thought I'd let you know...

Duh, because when you came in, there was this whole newsgroup mess, and
eventually, Roland's leak that JP and Rick really don't listen to its
customer, which sent everyone on a tilly. Can't blame them, they want to be
heard, but the big whigs just aren't listening. But not like any big company
really does, try going up to Squaresoft and saying you have the perfect
storyline for Final Fantasy 15 or whatever the heck their number is on. lol.
Anyways, with AW, at least they're small enough and gave us enough hope at
the begining that we could talk to them and keep in touch. Now, they do
nothing. Hard adjustment this community JUST isn't about to take, and kudos
for it. ;)

PS. I remember just a short year ago, I would see ENZO scuttering around AW
and other worlds, either under aliases as Uncle ENZO or even under his real
name. Now, he's disappeared off the face of the universe. Shame, really. I
wouldn't really mind if he changed names and cits of other ppl like he used
to, I heard, if he just stayed around and we could at least say "Hey you big
corporate loser! Give me back my name!"

A lot of big companies, like squaresoft, don't need to listen to their
customers because they get good business and many customers in a large
scale, unlike AW.
