According to your email provider you violate their Accepable Use Policy:

You may not attempt to "flood" or disrupt
Usenet newsgroups. Disruption is defined as
posting a large number of messages to a
newsgroup which contain no substantive
content, to the extent that normal discussion in
the group is significantly hindered.

Any more attempt to post bull** or crosspost to irrelevant groups on behalf of you will be reported to your ISP (shawcable.net and home.com) resulting your internet service disconnection.
