Hello........

I have a friend who built quite a bit of cool stuff in COFMeta, all around one central location. He
never covered any more land than he was using to build. One day when he went in and was going to
expand this area a bit and build something big (I think he said some kind of airport) he discovered
that someone completely surrounded his area. This surrounding goes on for some distance (we haven't
tried yet to measure if it is in fact 1 square kilometer however). When contacted about it, this
person (who will remain nameless until I get more information) replied that covering as much land as
possible "is the point of AW." Can someone who knowingly prevents someone from expand their area of
building, and then when asked to remove this block completely refuses, be condidered a vandal? If
so can anyone tell me how we might go about getting this "stolen property" taken care of?

Well, covering land sure isn't the point with AW! But I wouldn't categorize
that as vandalism, your friend just should have covered some land. I always
cover some land and if it's too much for what you where going to build, just
delete it afterwards. But you could ask this perso gently to remove some of
it, so that your friend will be able to build his airport.
