Lars, Insanity, HeartFall, whatever you wanna call yourself...
Tonight in AW, I sent you a message asking for a formal apology to your
slanderous statements concerning me and AccuTrans. You have refused and
threatened to sue me for slander if I posted anything you told me. You are
the one that has slandered me.
You stated..

"I have just read through all the posts regarding the new lower price of
Accutrans. I feel I need to set the record straight and clear up all the
false information posted by Casay which has caused confusion to many out
there."

I am not aware of false information I gave about your company & AccuTrans..
and at this point formally request that you show that I did.

You said:

"3. Heartfall is no longer distributing Accutrans because:
A. after 90 days of marketing and downloads averaging more than 12 a
day, Wayne suddenly changed without notice to us on a whim from Casay.
Heartfall cannot distribute any software that does not maintain stable
marketing practices."

I would like you to show that Wayne's decision to lower the price of
AccuTrans had anything to do with anything I said or did. That is was a
"whim" of mine.

In this next part you accuse me of being a liar, spreading false information
and not having any knowledge of the program and should not be posting in the
NG about it even though I have been for close to 2 years now... I have been
posting with the programmer's knowledge, on his behalf and with his full
permission as you very well know. Restating.. ON HIS BEHALF!!! He tells me
what he needs people to know and I post FOR him. You know this information
directly from him yet you lead people to believe that I have given false
information.

No, I never had a business relationship to your company and never claimed
to. Yes, I have had a very long term relationship with the programmer and
owner of AccuTrans. A lot longer that the 2 months you had a mirror site.
Again, I expect a full public apology.


We would appreciate if Casay would please keep her comments and stories
to herself. We have never had any relationship with Darla other than an
occasional chat in AW. Darla was not ever a part of Heartfall using
Accutrans, nor being a distributor of Accutrans, or a part of our
company in any way.

There will always be those out there who cry for attention and in that
process bring down the good that was once around them.

People should be fully aware of these facts... the only people who can
ever correctly state facts about software are the manufacturing
companies themselves or their licensed distributors. Those two entities
have both the education to properly speak, and the investments to
protect their interests and properly inform, therefore providing the end
user with the TRUTHS.
