This is a log of the chat that sort of started out of the blue while I was
talking to m0e about the PKs and the choosing of their leader. Irrelavent portions have been removed and replaced with "...". -Agent1 ----------------------------- AW Customs: Welcome to AlphaWorld! Agent1: hmm... m0e, what would you think if the leader of the PKs were to be eleceted from the general "population" of PKs every 6 months or a year? The PKs could each vote for another (but not themselves) and elect their leader. Any thoughts? :) .... m0e: agent!! what a grand idea!!!!! .... Agent1: Really? :) .... Ernie Sidmeyer: I disagree m0e: I should hae thought of that months ago!!!!! Ernie Sidmeyer: why not let the people of AW decide?? Wing Cmdr: m0e, your going to turn your monarchy into a democracy? Agent1: m0e, do you think there's a chance of that ever happening? :) .... m0e: agent, seeing as citizens and tourist can vote, I expect that if I won anything, it was a fair vote. besides, I hear that not all of teh PK's like me :-)) .... LOL .... m0e: agent, do you think the the owners of the Gor worlds, woudl let you vote on who has PS there?? Eep: why should there be PKs in private worlds? m0e: or any world owner, for that matter Eep: PKs should be abolished .... Agent1: uhh... m0e, you misunderstand me... I said that the PKs should elect their leader :) .... [NOTE: We were discussing the differences between PKs and PSes here...
