AWCom,

I am trying to be as unbiased as possible in writing this, so bear with me.
Zero seems to be a very ideal customer? He bought 2 years of citizenship,
and two large worlds. Maybe three t-shirts don't mean that much when you
consider that?

Even though you guys are very busy with the new 3.0 and everything, doesn't
"the customer always come first?"

Please, if this is insulting, do not be offended. This is just my view on
the whole situation.
