Although this is probably a dumb question to ask, how do people
vandalize buildings in Active Worlds if they are protected by the
server? I mean is that possible?

>From my experience (being vandalized), people build in the free space all
around the buildings, with rude things like flames, and ugly objects. They
build around the building, not in it.

They aren't protected by the server. "Vandalizing" someone's property
means littering someone's land with signs and other assorted junk (huge
flames seem to be a favorite). The only way you can protect yourself
from this is by covering all of the land you intend to use with objects
(huge walks built underground work nicely).

what my problem was, was as a world owner, i hadn't set up a registry.
So that meant Users could come in and build on top of other peoples
builds (encroach).
Now that I have the registry done, I am no longer in such danger (thanx
to andras again for the reggen).

Vandals=1 Zero=2.... why 2, cause 1: ya cant do it no more, and 2:
'cause i caught ya in the act and ejected your A.. umm butt.
