First, let me point out I am not beta testing the RW 3.0 browser because
I am on NT4. But this issue has been pointed out by one of the users of
my bots, in relationship to the new world attributes features.

The new attributes enhance the browser experience, and one would like,
for instance, to be able to change the light settings to match the time
of day, or the fog. That could be done every 5 or 10 minutes, but...
when one sets any of the attributes, they all get reset by the browser.
This includes the home-page, even if it has not changed. Some
home-pages are used functionally: they may have links to other pages,
like to a chat-box. This resetting can be very irritating. This was
probably less noticeable in past times, when only the backdrop and
background colour would be reset four times a day... Could this
behaviour be modified so that one can change an attribute without
reseting the home-page in the browser unless the home-page has actually
changed? Belongs in wish-list, yes, but on the other hand, this is
really a new issue brough up by the 3.0 enhancements :)
