Well I try and get into dos and c drive to locate the files and I'm not sure
I know how to....lol
What is on my screen is C:\Windows>
Any suggestions how to get past that?

cd .. to go up a level... so would be like this...

c:\windows\
> cd ..
c:\
dir/w
Director Listing of Drive (C:\)
alpha.bmp [activew~1] [windows]
> cd activew~1
c:\Active Worlds\
dir/p
aworld1.exe
aworld2.exe
aworld3.exe
aworld4.exe
aworld5.exe
[Cache]
[Incomming]
> cd ..
c:\

awdat2dmp22.exe, cell.dat and cell.idx, then double-click
it in the windows explorer

It created a cell.dump no problem:)
I hope anyone else wanting to ever do this has saved these instructions:)
