Hiyaz All,

I'm looking for a program that will display rotating images from a list of
URL's, onto a jpg image called tv.jpg. And if i realises something is trying
to edit the pciture its uploading to, it will immedeately stop. But if that
pic isnt touched for 3 mins its resumes back to rotating images

Would any1 be able to help me? Or would any1 know where to find 1? It'd be
greatly appreciated. If ya know, plz telegram me in aw with the info. Thank
you for your attention.
