I have a question about Activeworlds if anyone can help.My aw worked last
night but now when i click to open it the windows arrow loading thing shows
up for 10 seconds and nothing happens...I press CTR-ALT.DELETE..And aworld
is still there(its there multiple times if i tried more than once to get it
to work).

I've restarted my computer several times and disconnected and reconnected
my(cable)internet and it still doesn't work...

Any ideas why?

Not sure exactly, but I get this problem and I believe its to do with
visual/virtual memory being sucked up. A defrag always fixed it for me.

Kick the computer case a few times real hard (even if it's not russian made). Then if that doesn't fix it, pick it up and smash it on the floor, jumping all over it and bending the case and wait till some smoke and dust comes out.

If that didn't fix it, the last resort is to get a new PC. Never buy a brand computer, go to a nice small computer store which make computers to your specifications with warranty on parts and labour. Problem should be solved ;o)

That isn't how you do it, your suppose to go to your local arts and craft
store, buy tons of those weird magnet things you put on fridges, go home,
stick all of them on the computer, maybe even toss a couple under the cover.
Outlook and AW will never cause you any more trouble ;-)

Or.. if you can get your hands on 5 pounds of C4, or some other high yeld
explosives.. you then strap some to the inside of your computer with a
timer.. then turn the timer off and run. Much, much more fun

Chance are you will mess up a lot more than you want. Put them all over your
monitor and you can pretend you are on some drug of your choice. You can put
them on your hard drive too, dunno what the exact effect will be, but if you
do it, please let us all know :) I love those refer maganets :) Downtown
Disney has a store totally devoted to only them. :)
