anyone have any clue what ActiveWorlds decided to do about pricing for old
cits? thought they said they were going to announce it at the begining of

From what I've been told the new revised pricing plan will be as follows....
$6.95 a month or $69.95 a year. Current citizens will be offered a one time
renewal fee of $49.95 for a 1 year extension to their current accounts.
Tourists will be back but restricted to AWGate only. World owners will have
the option of allowing tourist's entry rights. This new plan will be
announced within the coming week as it was discussed at PK and GK meetings
this week.

I think people will find this a *little* easier to swallow than the original
plan they rolled out with, though I think if they're going to restrict
tourists only to AW worlds, I think they had better use ALL of 'em so as to
NOT overload the Gate. Just a thought.... :-)

They're restricting tourists to AWGate and non-AW worlds.. not the other way
around. =P
