Does this include even when they are off the clock? Because if so, you
could have a major repression of (here it comes =P) Freedom of Speech on
your hands. And then there's the legal possibility of suing a corporation
because an employee backed into someone's car in the company parking lot.
:) In the broadest sense of this meaning of course...
