There is a very strict rules for an employee what he can and can not tell on a public forum and the employer IS responsible for his/her actions. It is the employers responsibility to keep his/her employees within a well defined range in public relations. Does this include even when they are off the clock? Because if so, you could have a major repression of (here it comes =P) Freedom of Speech on your hands. And then there's the legal possibility of suing a corporation because an employee backed into someone's car in the company parking lot. :) In the broadest sense of this meaning of course... SW Chris |
