For those of you that hate the new 3.1 splash screen, Basix converted the
3.0 beta splash screen to say 3.1 and removed 'beta'.

It's not "new" anymore. 3.1 has been around for a long time. Even 3.2 is out
now.

3.2 is not out yet. 3.2 is in BETA. Huge difference.
