I would like the location parameters in the build dialogue box be useful for
more than just information. We should be able to type in a new coordinate
and the object move to that coordinate instead of moving the object one
click at a time.

According to the 4.1 help documentation, you CAN edit the location
directly, but only caretakers can do so.

But I do think this is something a regular user should be able to do. It
could be very useful.

there must be a bug in it....I wasn't thinking before and just remembered
that I was using someone's privs before...but, she is also a caretaker, so
it shouldn't have made a difference. It is probably a security measure,
but is a bit too strict.
