I ask the motioners to read past threads :) Although it's true that nothing
has been said about this in a while... [View Quote] archon manusMar 14, 1999, 3:50am
As you deduce. . .we have read, and in fact commented on past threads. .
..just getting it out there again to see what's being/been done. [View Quote] edward sumerfieldMar 14, 1999, 4:13am
Maybe this is what the motioners are after.

Thanks for the link. . .unfortunately:
"This example includes the aw.dll version 10 and the VB sdk that works with it." (from Rjin's page) AW.DLL version 10 was disallowed a while back and the VB-SDK is version specific. In a previous post Lucio mentioned that he'd take up the project. .. .after VRML '99. My hope is that this will jog his memory or interest someone else in re-doing the VD-SDK. I have someone else besides lucio working on it = currently. There are some strange behaviours so he is taking longer = than expected. This isn't surprising given the problems mrgrimm had = originally. Anyways, yes it is coming, no it won't be tomorrow, yes it might be in = a week. And there's the possibility that for the moment we may have to = put up with a partial implementation of the sdk in vb. The most likely = functionality we would lose in that case is query. I really don't want = that to happen either. So watch this spot and the url mentioned below... as soon as I have = ANYthing usable you'll see information in both places.=20 Rjinswand [View Quote] ------=_NextPart_000_00B2_01BE6F0A.1C8CD3E0 Content-Type: text/x-vcard; name="Rjinswand.vcf" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Rjinswand.vcf" BEGIN:VCARD VERSION:2.1 N:;Rjinswand FN:Rjinswand ORG:Rjeneration URL: URL:http://table.jps.net/~rjins/rjeneration EMAIL;PREF;INTERNET:bcnu at psicorps.com REV:19990316T013442Z END:VCARD ------=_NextPart_000_00B2_01BE6F0A.1C8CD3E0-- archon manusMar 17, 1999, 10:50pm
Thanks, Rjin, for taking the lead on this. I'll certainly keep an eye out
for updates :) Archon Manus |
