PPW Management (Wishlist)
PPW Management // Wishliststrike rapierSep 6, 2004, 7:33pm
I would like a proper PPW manager, something to easily store a set of ppws
and swap between em quick... - MR johnfSep 6, 2004, 9:02pm
Ya and while AW are at it they could add a PPW kicker to kick people off
your ppw... also auto done when you change ppw... John [View Quote] poseidonSep 8, 2004, 1:15pm
I actually thought that was kind of a necessity... If I remember correctly
(and if it still works this way) if someones on your PPW and you change it, they wont get bounced off it.. Although that would take a lot of browser updating and checking... Something to let the user kick people off might fix that.. Poseidon [View Quote] johnfSep 8, 2004, 9:26pm
All AW would need are.... 3 new commands.
1 Uni > Cli 1 Uni > Wld 1 Wld > Cli(s) The first would notify the client that they have been kicked from the ppw. The second would notify the world server (of the world they are in) of the above. The third would notify all bots and clients in the world of the above. Of course for a more complex system where you could kick individual people I guess it'd be harder but not impossible? What about to use a macro software where you add all the PPW?

Well so do I... but does that allow you to rapidly change passwords without
copy and paste. - MR [View Quote] jstone2004Sep 10, 2004, 6:48pm
Not really... I suppose it would depend on what you need ppw's for, which,
in many cases it would be handy :-) but, if they don't add it, telepass is the next best thing :-) Joel On 9 Sep 2004 13:48:55 -0400, strike rapier [View Quote] > Well so do I... but does that allow you to rapidly change passwords > without > copy and paste. > > - MR > [View Quote] -- Using Opera's revolutionary e-mail client: http://www.opera.com/m2/ |
