I wish I could raise Terrain different; with many different ways to raise
it:

Left Corner North, Right Corner North, Left Corner South, Right Corner
South, Left Corner West, Right Corner West, Left Corner East, Right Corner
West, and Center; this would help ALOT with building stuff under a hill in a
cave but, without raising a unwanted side; and since AW won't let us use
more complex terrain they should atleast let us use this

you wouldn't be able to move the terrain sideways, beacuse that would cause
a problem with the cells or something, I dunno.. but it would be nice to be
able to only raise one certain cell of terrain without altering the other
terrain around it
