lol I really wish that the CA would give a list of "cuss words" so people
won't get ejected for talking about the trojan going around

Their logic is that this method will protect people from the trojan, which
is stupid, because when they are ejected, they already said the url and
everyone heard it. plus, they can just mass whisper.

They need to just get rid of the stupid bot. It does not stop exposure of
explicit language from stuipd morons who cuss and talk dirty all the time at
AWGate. The bot is totally ineffective. In chat environments where there
is not a bot, you do not see this type of stupid activity, it is purely a
game to those who like to test it and they personally don't care if they get
kicked or not. This is why they have Gatekeepers, if they can't do their
job and monitor and eject on such activity then they don't need to be there
or have a bot do their job for them. Build into the CLIENT a filter that by
the OPTION of the USER (option could also be under a parental guidance
control that's password protected so parents who persistently let their kids
on attended or unattended can enable this filter and their child can't turn
it off) on whether or not to allow any recognized cuss words display on
their screen. It would cut out this nonsense childlishness that goes on at
AWGate of people constantly trying to be cute and play with the bot. These
kids know that it's going to make the bot owner add more phrases to the bot,
and therefore cause more problems. So why fall for this stupidity. I've
suggested this feature a 100 times, and of course nobody likes it
apparently, but i guess Activeworlds loves making innocent and new people
mad at the gate when they are kicked for saying something they have no idea
why they got kicked for and do not bother coming back again.

As far as the exe thing..people just need to use common sense. Don't
download any EXE COM BAT or SCR file from anyone! If you are not sure, then
don't download it!
