You can Wall kick jump!
First stay near wall and jump forward and you kick wall right the 2nd Floor
of the house..you don't need stair

Pretty cool.
Looks like a bug though or the wall is not 100% vertical.
I also found that you can walk up a wall if you approach it from a certain
angle, but if you stop you will fall back down lol

Actually, that lighthouse, and all of the trees that I know of which can be climbed, are not completely vertical surfaces... so no special tricks are needed. Just a little patience.
