I, again, suggest that we have multiple telegrams but people can have three
features of this:


+ Allow anyone to send me multiple telegrams.
+ Only allow people on my list to send me multiple telegrams.
+ Don't allow anyone to send me multiple telegrams.

(this would cut down on the possiblity of SPAM)

Could be like the current privacy features. I think multiple telegrams can
work in AW since the potential to spam is much less (i.e. spammers have to
register for AW and then their telegrams CAN be blocked).
