another $120. Then you need world hosters and bot hosters if he doesn't have
broadband. So in the end, quite a bit more than running a bot.

No, a bot wouldn't do that just as easily. If you owned a world named "Bomb" and wanted people to be able to use the alias "Explosion" to teleport to it from where ever they happen to be, there is currently no way to program a bot to make that possible.

On the other hand, if each world was allowed to have one alias with more than 8 characters that the universe server would keep on file as belonging to that specific world, then either name could be used to teleport to that world. I don't know if it would be an "easy" thing to add, but at least it would be "possible" to add... and what's more, such an alias could be set in the world features so if the world owner wanted to change it they could do so at any time... although it would most likely be in their best interest not to change it too often but rather to settle on a name that works and is not taken, and keep it.
