i think he wants to be able to see what the telegram is about before

yes, that is a very stupid idea, hence email, smokey, it's in plain english
already ctrl+enter moves to the next line, for instance... Telegram from maki, sent just now. there's quite a difference. Telegrams are most oftenly used for direct chat
