As some world owners at this time are a little touchy about op security.

Would it not be in some ways to find a better mehod of cache listing, one
that only lists worlds instaed of the actual path?

Also make the advanced fault finding facility one that world owners can
controll. In this respect in world features allow ct's to turn off this
faciltity for users..

the object errors are only shown to ppl with build rights in the world, so
if you don't want everyone to see them, only give build to ppl that you
trust and don't mind knowing the path

This is also an important issue for me because other worlds use my OP
besides me and I can't or won't control who has builds in those worlds
because that's up to the caretakers. I think there should be a way to change
it so that it doesn't show at all, only shows for CTs (since they can see it
anyways), and not to show it at all.

Better yet, why don't they just change it to say something like

Warning: unable to download object.zip (file not found)

I mean, does anyone REALLY need to know the OP url to know that the ob they
just built wasn't found? Uh... NO!

I like your last idea best. The *full* path does not need to be displayed.
If you need to know about the object errors, then you should also know what
the path is already. Maybe offer the trimed down version of the error to
everyone, the full path to CT's. The full path would be nice to have
sometimes. It's a feature too, and we would start to miss it eventully. I
can forsee us begging "please bring back the display of the full path, but
only for CT's".... so, we just need to adjust the error message a little.

Thing is all the op urls are still displayed in the cache. I see that as the
only MAJOR problem becuase it is so easy to get them this way. Its really
easy to get them and they using ways people have mentioned before they can
download an ob to crack it.
