Now that we have objects that can move, I feel this should be brought up. I
was playing with move and rotate in Simple Geometry when I made a downwards
elevator. You could just stand there and it would take you down. But in
order to go upwards you have to keep walking so the collision detection will
detect that the object you're walking on is always a little higher. I think
it would be nice if the detection could raise your avatar without you having
to walk, so we can make *real* elevators once 3.2's better encroaching stuff
comes around.

it's already been brought up.. and again.. and again.. a bit late of an "original request" but if i'm gonna re-read everyone's
replies to what they said the first time this was posted.. not a bad topic.. i can assure you this will bring up eep's shpiel (sp, i
know, don't hound me) on the rewrite.. *sigh* does he ever shut up?

but we shouldn't have to put that in just to make an elevator!
