ALT & CNTRL running (Wishlist)
ALT & CNTRL running // Wishlistj b e l lFeb 11, 2001, 10:10pm
Back in the long, long ago (like aw v0.39 for example) you could hold
control and alt to run way, way fast.. i think they should allow this again for going long distances without having to teleport...but maybe they can't cuz when a person does alt the browser thinks of the menu that wasn't there back in 0.39 -- J B E L L http://platinum.awjbell.com G O I N G P L A T I N U M tony56Feb 11, 2001, 10:51pm
Maybe hold SHIFT instead?

But shift does 2 things already. I already want shift to only move through
object. I think AW needs a command for side strafting also, not to add more to shift. -- -Xero tony56Feb 11, 2001, 10:58pm
Maybe uhh activate capslock? LOL

They knew that.. go to English class.. they dont want it on shift.. they
want it off of it.. xeroFeb 11, 2001, 11:36pm
I know you can side straft with shift, I said I wanted it to have its own
key cause I hate side-straften though objects by accident. -- -Xero j b e l lFeb 12, 2001, 3:27am

Well SORRY, Eep, I didn't see the part where it said that he wanted on
different buttons, and the ..(pause) is supposed to be 3 dots, atleast that's what my English teacher says (with the masters). Actually, (pause) can be anything from 2 dots up. Three dots is regular, and
might be enforced at some places (books etc) but certainly not in places like this where people communicate a lot. Two dots is just a short pause, one dot is a very short pause (end of sentence) and three dots is a normal pause. The more dots the more pause. Use it to express the amount of pause you want. It's up to you. Use it wise. May the force be with you. rolu p.s. And read a bit slower if you don't see parts. It really helps on tests and discussions. eepFeb 14, 2001, 4:29am
Uh, my name isn't "lanezeri". Pay attention to who you're responding to...
