Is there some way so you can add an action to an object like
<command> sound in no, sound out yes. or something of the like
making booths that people waste valuable cell data to build!

Recently I re-established an old citizen ID. While I was gone some neighbors
had installed some sound effects that I found ANNOYING. These sound effects
would trigger even while on my land. What I did was pick an object at the
corner of my land and setup the following action

create sound silence.wav

Which eliminated the annoying sound effect while on my property.
