I wish that when you select multiple objects, you can change the action and
description and even the object. It would come in handy for major renovation projects and so on. But maybe im just being whiny =). Raptor REINSTATE PROTAGONIST!!!!!! klassiOct 16, 1998, 8:39pm
I wish that you could draw a line around a whole building and teleport it to
another location using duplicate and/or relocate... [View Quote] > I wish that when you select multiple objects, you can change the action and > description and even the object. Lessee, now what iwas i gonna say..oh yes now i remember B-) If you ocudl
draw a line arund a building, wouldn't u need a way to select on the Z axiz, sinc eyour mouse is only a 2D device and i cnat detect Z...you would need a way to select along the Z axis, I bet those creative CoF programmers who rely sooo much on this newsgroup for ideas would be able to figure it out B-) [View Quote] abbot pabisokoOct 17, 1998, 2:44am

I don't think COF will do this because taken to its logical conclusion (copy and
move), it could cause almost as much "damage" as a robot builder. That said, here is how I would envision the look and feel of the interface: When you select more than one object, all the fields that are the same for all objects, then that field shows normally. E.g., if you select five walk029.rwx and nothing else, then in the object box you see "walk029.rwx". If you select a sixth object and it is a col8m024.rwx, then the object box goes blank. However, you can animate all six of these objects by typing in the action box.
