When I try to use a propdump from a Backup in the Xelagot, it doesn't seem
to work with other programs

Hmm, there are help pages online LOL. Xelagot has its own propdump
format, but it can also save in standard AW format.

If you don't like the way the Xelagot makes propdumps, check out Andras'
AdminBot at http://www.andras.net/tools.html#adminbot instead.
