Production Release

This is the final production-quality release of ChatRelayBot 2.1.

Bug Fixes

1. If a user with eject rights used the /names command, the command would not show the channel of a user who changed their alias.

Enhancements

1. A "Please Wait..." dialog pops up after clicking "OK" in the Configuration dialog.
2. New splash screen
