New bot....Customs Agent v1.0

This is generally a contol bot like the ones used in the AWLD worlds.
Generally, it comes with a list of bad words, which you can apply, that will
eject people on site. It also has easy pk/gk ejection, which makes it
possible for a list of citnumbers to have the eject % command. This will
allow for easy ejection.
