This callback, triggered (if installed) by aw_botgram_send(), is
typically quite useless, as it only gives you an error message and no
reference at all to which botgram (destination or text) this error
applies, i.e. it does not refer you directly to parameters set before
calling aw_botgram_send(). It's a pity, because this complicates
matters.
