I wish this function were official and documented in the SDK,
and that it's use was not discouraged. Using this function, I am able to upload a complete 128x128 cell terrain in under 30 seconds, and also push the terrain outside of this area well below the waterline (so the ugly terrain 'shelf' is gone) very easily and efficiently. Using the 'approved' method takes over 15 minutes since you can only use it to upload 'runs' that have the same texture. bowen ten.sardna@newobDec 5, 2003, 6:08pm
