This thread will be for maintaining my running list of miscellaneous
bugs that I find while using 4.1, including bugs that still exist from
previous versions. Feel free to use this thread to post your own bugs.
Don't forget to post your system specs! :)

- If you're in freelook mode and someone tries to join you, your mouse
cursor will completely disappear within the AW window. This problem does
not seem to occur with other pop-up messages such as invites and file
requests. Restarting AW fixes this problem.

- If you're flying forward or backward and land on the ground, you will
maintain your flying speed while walking/running until your avatar stops
moving. The "sliding" motion that now occurs while walking/running is
also greatly exaggerated when this happens.

- Panels do not remember their Auto Hide status when they are closed.
This results in other panels resizing themselves whenever a former Auto
Hide panel is reopened.

- The Voice Chat button in the main toolbar causes the entire Tabs panel
to close if the VC tab is in focus. Also, if the Tabs panel is on Auto
Hide, the VC button does not unhide the Tabs panel when clicked. This
button should function similar to the Web and Tabs buttons.

- In the Tabs window, if you right click to bring up a pop-up menu (i.e.
Contact List menu) and then right click again while the pop-up menu is
still up, instead of getting the same pop-up menu, you instead get the
menu that comes up when you right click on a panel's title bar (with
choices to show/hide Menu, Toolbar, Gestures, Chat, Web, and Tabs). This
can be a big pain when you misclick, then try to reclick and get the
wrong menu. :P

- Not really a bug, but there is no documentation about the changes that
occur between versions. Is it so hard to maintain a bugfix list? :P

-During a fast download of a couple items, the particle emitter animation
stops and then comes back again after a second or 2 when the download is
done.

-Old Z Buffer problem. It takes around 5 small clicks away from a closer
object to not bleed through the closer object. I know this depends on
graphics cards, but it would be nice if they fixed it for all modern
graphics cards.

Computer: Dell 2 Ghz 64 MB Video 512 MB RAM 3 mb/sec DSL

I should also say:
Video Card: NVidia GeForce4 MX 420 (64 mb)
DirectX: 9.0c
Windows XP Home Edition SP2
Intel Pentium 4 CPU (2 Ghz)
Video Mode: Direct3D without T&L Support (runs better for me without it)
Texture mipmaps on (whatever those are LOL)
I.E. 6

Haven't heard anybody having z buffering problems to that degree...5 shift
clicks? wow O_O
It is a graphic card issue, dealing with the z buffer precision (either 24
or 32 bit I think); but it shouldn't be THAT bad.

It is a graphics card issue. I used to have terrible zbuffering issues
untill i got an Nvidia Gforce 6200. Now i dont see any zbuffering no matter
how far away I am from it.

Yes the z buffer problem is just my graphics card I guess.
The animation problem is just when you enter a world and you look at the
particle emitter animation while other objects are downloading and the
particles stop for a second or so, and then go back on after a couple
objects download.

Running without T&L support for me too causes the z-buffer issues, but I
normally use it

- When using a facer object (such as snack01) in a 'model' type particle
emitter, the facer attribute (AlignmentAxis) is ignored and the facer
does not face the camera anymore.

Then use facer emitters?

Yeah, thats a workaround, but you need to find out what textures the
facer uses.
