What is up with all that reloading in Alpha world. People on dial up have to
wait a long while each time they come in. What a bother !

I have noticed this also and it makeing something I want to do almost
impossable as long as its like that.
What I am trying to do requiers that the area be fully cached before it will
work right for the user.
Due to the reloading, its causeing what i am makeing to run out of sync.

I had noticed this same problem. Someone had me check the Disk Usage under
Settings. The default is set to 250 megabytes for downloads, which ends up
not being very much in AW. Once that limit is reached, it starts deleting
cache, making it so you have to download things again. Try raising the limit
or putting no limit on at all. It made a difference to me. See if it helps.

That was my problem too...
However, the first thing I did with 4.1 was go through the settings and
change things to be unlimited etc (downloads, file sizes etc).. but lots and
lots of people seem to be hit with rolling resets on the same day.

I have always for years kept everything at no limit. so it isnt that. Andras
and Chris said it was the browser checking for changes. but it sure acts and
feels like re downolading. Guess I will just have to live with it along with
everyone else.
