It really sucks when you, like me, end up having 6 to 8 privilege
passwords for working on different projects.

You fumble on notepad, trying to copy and paste one PPW
And end up nearly pasting the PPW of AWTeen Builder on global chat *cough*

So i bring to you, the first of a few 4.1 (and 3.6 in this case, i
guess) power toys to come, the PPW Switcher.

Readme pasted here, the download url is below:
> SimPlaza.net AutoIT PowerToys
> For Active Worlds 4.1
> ==========
> PPW Switcher v0.1
> FIRST RELEASE
>
> == Description:
> This useful tool idles in the background until the Privilege dialog is opened in Active Worlds, where the user is presented with a list of PPW's that he/she has put into the ppwlist.txt file. Using the power of AutoIT GUI manipulation, it will then automatically fill out the details into the two boxes.
>
> == Disclaimer:
> This program is not malicious. Insert big ascii "duh" here. To prove this, the AutoIT source code has been provided, where you can check over the code and compile it yourself. This program does not phone home with your saved PPW's or do anything malicious with them.
>
> That is not to say this utility is 100% safe. It is 99.99% safe, but there is always that risk where AutoIt may mistake the chat box for the Privilege box. The odds of that happening are the same as Legion posting a one sentance post sans signature. But because this program does not automatically click OK for you or press enter, you'd notice if it made the mistake anyway.
>
> Of course, if you doubt you trust this program, then simply do not use it. Just don't go to the extent of "ITS OBVIOUSLY A VIRUS *whine whine*"
>
> == How to use:
> When you first unpack this package, you will notice a ppwlist.txt file. This file is where you put your privilege passwords. Each privilege password is put in a new line and they are formatted like this:
>
> Citizen name+#+Privilege Password
> -------------^ Seperator
>
> The citizen name is used, not the citizen number as this directly uses the Active Worlds interface. The seperator must be +#+ and there should be no spaces before and after it.
>
> When you have your PPW's in the list, to use the program you need to open the Privilege Password dialog from within Active Worlds. Keep in mind you can leave the program running idle with or without AW running, but it will only function with the dialog open.
>
> Your list will be presented where you can choose the PPW to use and simply click change. If a PPW was not being used, it automatically checks the "Acquire the privileges of..." check box and then proceeds to fill in the details.
>
> To exit the program, you can click the exit button when the dialog is up or you can right click the blue "A" icon on your system tray and kill AutoIt from there.
>
> == Bugs:
> 0.1 - Release
> This version has dirty code lacking in validation and probably hogs more CPU than should.
> By validation, this means that it won't check to see if you missed a seperator in your ppwlist.txt or if you put illegal characters in the citizen name. Most of the time this won't affect the program. Active Worlds may beep about illicit characters, but thats it.

Forgot to note that the zip includes the readme (duh) and the source
..au3 file, which you can open in notepad or use with the SciTE editor, a
version adapted for AutoIT found at www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/

Small update, won't post these all the time but

Some of you have used this tool with an instant burning desire to kill
the floating-on-top info bar. With version 0.2, that has been replaced
with a system tray bubble which now catches two mistakes that may occur
with the ppwlist.txt :

- Incorrect use of seperator (+#+) whether its missing or wrong
- Illicit characters in the Citizen name that Active Worlds would reject

The code is more cleaner now, with one minus while infinite loop.

What is planned is an in-built GUI frontend for quick and easy editing
of the PPW list.

Please note that if this is the first time you are downloading the tool,
rename SAMPLEppwlist.txt to just ppwlist.txt , those updating their old
versions needn't worry about overwriting their existing ppw lists.

Oh and, if anyone would like one, i have made this general purpose
powertoy, which while calling it a Virtual Shotgun would be more
appropriate, is actually called TrickSilver.

Basically, its an auto clicker, designed somewhat to be more efficient
that current auto clickers, where you can define how many clicks just by
pressing hotkeys to "load the ammunition" and then pressing ALT+CTRL+Q
to fire. I programmed this to help with moving avatars around Byte's
avatar editor, a suggestion i'll make shortly

Enjoy, http://toys.simplaza.net/pt-tricksilver.zip
