Thats not easy, because only 3.1 browsers are 'recognised' by the sdk, 3.0
are not 'seen'. But I suppose all 3.0 browsers are now 3.1, that should be
ok then. There is a new statement, GetVersion %v &p, which tells you the
version of the browser for people, and of the sdk for bots. It only works
in 3.1 worlds.. If the version is 3.1, it will give you the nuber, otherwise
you get 0 or maybe -1 (I don't remember), just try it.

As the 3.1 refuses to work in several universes you cannot be too sure
about that.
Several universes seem to wait with the upgrade.
