* Menu Effects in Show menu: you can take off the default tip balloons and fade effects

* Screenshot hotkey: you can take more pics by increasing the max_images value in aworld.ini

* [Colors] section in Default\controls.ini: you can put color names here, like yellow, red, pink etc:
background= (err what's this about, this color only flashes briefly in the background when I move tabs)
dialog= (World Features and Object Properties dialog lines 1, 3 etc)
dialog_stripe= (-"-, lines 2, 4 etc)
balloon_background= (chat balloon)
balloon_text= (chat balloon text and rim)

Does only the user see the change in colors or do all see it? that is the ?

I've tried setting this to 1 but it gets knocked back to 0 on restart (it
use to work btw, in Stagecoach I think it was) ... in other words it doesn't
work?
