How can I turn off the VoIP ????????????? It's driving me crazy I NEED HELP

Yeah I didn't like it either opening night of 4.1. But I see it's not on
today for some reason, maybe they turned it off or something. I guess if it
comes back on, we will have to turn off the computer speakers, I didn't see
any options to not hear people talk in the settings or anywhere.

turn off VOIP.
