When I turn up my vis past, say, 70 meters, I can't see any of my "create
light" jobbers.
That ain't right, is it?

I use Direct3D and have T&L Support checked.
Any thoughts?

If I recall, correctly. if there are more than X number of lights, only the
closest to your av will show up. I think X = 8, but been such a long time
since I read it.

I have 6 lights in this one area, and 7 in the other.
I'll have to go delete a few and see if it still happens.

Only 8 lights can be rendered in Direct3d mode. I *wish* the closest lights
would be rendered, but it seems to be sorta random.
A workaround is using OpenGL mode, as beyond 8, it uses software rendering.
Laggier, though.
