Looks a good ps.
You pop your case open, unplug all cables going to the PS, remove the PS (four screws at the back of your case), pop the new one in and plug back all the cables.
It is a plain replacement!

Just don't buy a cheapo Power Supply. A bad power supply = can ruin your
day, to say the least :P
And personally I'd go for a 400W power supply just to give you some headroom
in case you upgrade your other parts.
I bought 3 Allied 400W PSUs from newegg, and they've all worked wonderful so
far.

Get Antec or Enermax. Personally, I wouldn't trust anything else...

You're pretty much out of luck for finding a video card like that. Your
best bet is to go to your mom and get her to buy the PSU.
As long as you're not using a prebuilt system by compaq or the likes,
the PSU should work just fine. They use specially designed PSU that are
smaller; Dell does not seem to do this though.

I would make sure your motherboard supports PCI-E. It most likely doesn't.

yea need an AGP card , what price range does it need to be , and it needs to
work on the current 200 watt PSU ?

If it's newer than half a year it'll probably have it. No guaruntees.
Check the motherboard manual. And you'll need a beefy power supply for
a new video card that runs on PCI-E usually.
