LOL!

If that's what they told you then that's what you should do. My response
was regarding initial emails, since it seemed that you were not being
helped.

Ray is the man!

Thanks

It is worth looking into. I get complaints about non response all the time.
When I check back in the email log for a specifc account and cannot locate
the "non responded to email" I always wonder where they really sent it to.
We usually do make sure to have vacation responses... or at least myself and
Bill always did.

I've often sent e-mails to addresses like support at and billing at and never
received a response... and then sent direct to Bill or Kellie and received a
response.

BTW, when you do look into it and are ready to do an *autoresponder*
message, it's best to let people know...

1) This email is an autoresponder reply (not a person replying but an
automated reply)
2) You should mention "Do NOT reply to this message" (since autoresponders
are server generated and not from an individual, replying to it will go to
the autoresponder which in turn will generate yet another autoresponder
message)
3) If the situation warrants the person will be contacted, otherwise not

Most web hosting companies offer autoresponder email replies as a standard
feature and I'm sure yours does as well ... as you said you already use the
*vacation* one so I'm sure you can do this with ease.

PS ... Glad summer has made you all *happy* ... be safe!
