These are some programs that I have found that have been very helpful to me,
hope they are helpful to you too.

I have found a program that might be useful for world owners since I have
heard them complain about how they need to convert every object to
lowercase. With this program you can just specify a directory and it will
change all the files to upercase or lowercase, I have not tested it on
thousands of files at once, but it should do the trick.

http://www.rlvision.com/flashren/about.asp This can do all of that. It's
called Flash Renamer. It's shareware, but there are no limitations on the
unregistered version. All you get is a popup ad on startup that says you
should register it.
