Greetings fellow AW users,
I have finally finished my next large area project, I consider it my
Christmas gift to the people of AW. It is called 'Scripta Dreams.' It has
two new areas, but I will be honest, one of them is pretty small but has new
stuff, while the other is so new and realistic, I would suggest checking it
out if your into building. AW 17743s 17793w. Hope you guys like it, and
merry Christmas to you all!. =]

Oh what FUN, I'm so very very impressed, Seiya, your building skills leave
me astonished. Your intimate knowledge of the objects and textures in AW
coupled with the innovate use of same leaves me breathless. Then add in
such a wonderful ability to visualize and create and I thank you very much
for sharing this with us!
I highly recommend viewing this build to anyone

was it necessary to be so rude....... jeez........
I think she did a very nice job.

A least some people here still know how to be thoughtful.

*blink* Who was being rude? Methinks you're reading way too much into
that post, chief. I would think the statement "I highly recommend
viewing this build to anyone" would prove that anarkissed wasn't being
sarcastic.

Next time, just read what's written, not what you *think* was written.

Seriously....Goob's right....if you are only going to bash ppl....then don't
even bother posting. What anarkissed said wasn't rude at all. Think before
you post.

Ohh, I DO think before I post, unlike most here who run off at the mouth at the drop of a hat and who are so quick to judge and
correct others...... Perhaps I was wrong, but it sure seemed a sarcastic commentary to me.... Still does.... Could be because I'm
so used to seeing exactly that in here..... maybe if more people "wouldn't" post if they hadn't anything nice to say, this
newsgroup wouldnt be so inflammatory...... But then it would most likely be pretty empty judging by the contributions from most of
the regular know-it-all posters in here...... If i was wrong, so be it..... I'm entitled to my opinion regardless......
And I don't seem to remember bashing anyone..... was just a simple observation
I think he'll live

Does not matter what it "sounds like", the FACT is that it was NOT sarcastic
and by his own post "maybe if more people "wouldn't" post if they hadn't
anything nice to say," He should have kept his "Not Nice" opinion to himself
because that's all it was ... his opinion... far warped out of shape from the
actual facts and post by AnarkissD. Bottom line is, his post was not necessary.
His reply to the matter was not even an apology, it was an excuse were no
excuses were possible. I personally had thought that the newsgroups were
cleaning up until I saw him bashing again. Why can't the newsgroups be kept
clean:? It's the Holiday Season... Is it too much to ask for some Good Will
and Peace... I sure hope not.

Peace, Health, Healing and Happy Holidays to ALL

Stop it. Don't attack if you want there to be good will and such.

I am not attacking Bowen. Johnny B attacked Anarkissed for no valid reason then
went on to post an excuse saying posts like his should never be made... do you
not see that Irony? Does Anarkissed not have the right to post here in Peace
without being bashed by him? I would just like to know why the newsgroups are
not being cleaned up and the bashing put to a halt so good users can post their
messages without reprisals from people who read them wrongly or have "opinions"

I'm not reading your posts - but I can tell you're starting in again. After
what's happened in these newsgroups with you I wouldn't recommend continuing
to make such long opinionated posts. Hell, I rarely even post, especially
when it comes to personal views and opinions, you learn things after being
part of these newsgroups for awhile. Change your name back to insanity,
post things for the community as you wish, and add constructive posts to
threads. These newsgroups will never be perfect, but you're the first step
to perfection.

Don't worry about it, I've been flamed to the ends of the earth and back by
malicious people in other forums. I'm a big girl and I can take it and I
know how to recognize people I want to know from those I don't.
Sticking up for me may only add to the flamefest which is why I prefer to
ignore ignorance. :-)

Whether or not it sounds sarcastiv, I would think, would depend on your point of view. For example, I happen to know that Seiya does some really nice work, so that's one reason I wouldn't think it sounded sarcastic. Granted, I never have been good at recognizing sarcasm, but I think it's better to not be very good at spotting it than to see it everywhere you look. Considere this... if it had been meant in a sarcastic way and someone treated it seriously and said "Thanks for the recommendation" they would have been a good way of discouraging rudeness and sarcasm because rude sarcastic remarks tend not to have the intended effect if treated as serious statements. On the other hand, if the statement was seriously kind and sincere (which I think it was in this case) then a response of "Thanks for the recommendation" would encourage such sincerity and kindness. Compare that with the possible results of assuming that a statement was meant to be rude and sarcastic, and I think it's pretty easy to see that if you really feel that way about it you're still going to do the most good by treating the statement as serious and well intentioned, or simply stating your own opinion and letting the other person have theirs.

I didn't take what you said as an attack. I didn't take what Jonny B said as an attack. In fact, I haven't taken anything I've seen in this thread so far as an attack. I can easily see how someone "could" take a lot of it as attacks, and it looks to me like that's happening and people are trying to defend what they think is right... so my suggestion for anyone who cares to listen to it, is to take what people say at face value and don't see it as fight talk unless they make it so obvious that even the people who see peace and good will in a war zone would consider it fight talk... and if it's that obvious, try not to join in. :)

Johnnyb made a mistake. That much is said and done. What else does
everyone want? Politely correct him, and if he still clings to his
assumption, fine. More power to him! You can't _make_ him change, so just
let him have is own opinions, especially since the fricken thing you're all
argueing about doesn't even matter.

Peace out..

Good God, you people are warped. You openly admit to not reading what it
is that you're replying to, yet you bash Insanity anyway simply because
of his reputation. All Insanity was doing was pointing out how pointless
Johnny's attack on Anarkissed was, and how the newsgroups could use some
cleaning up. Perhaps if more people actually *read* what they were
responding to, and not assume that they're attacks or sarcastic
statements simply because of who posted them, then maybe that cleanup
could happen.

Anarkissed, If I interpreted your post incorrectly, I apologize. As I've said I'm all too used to seeing exactly that in here and am
quite tired of it. Way too many self righteous individuals in here who really need to get a grip, shut up, and realize that they
don't know it all. far from it......

And as far as "host, insanity, world guardians, mr. williams", or whoever the hell he wants to call himself these days is concerned,
he knows exactly what I and most others think of him...... Which is precisely why he jumped on the bandwagon when he saw someone get
on my case for my reply to you. regardless, his opinions hold about as much water as a bucket full of holes. He's dug his own
grave here, many times over. Ask him WHY he doesn't post in his Insanity cit. most likely because it's been banned... as it quite
obviously isn't expired, as he likes to claim, since he sure uses it a lot .....

As far as adding to the flamefest, he can defend you all he wants, I couldn't care less.... I've said my peace to you and as far as
I'm concerned, end of thread..........

JB

Spare us, Hypocrite....... everyone here knows you dont like me and I sure don't like you..... and most of them all know what you've
done to provoke that..... as do the many here whose wallets are much lighter due to your abuses....... best for you to just be

Funny I would say, most definitely, that I respect Insanity, his work and
his words and his contributions to our 3d worlds. If you paid closer
attention to his work you might realize how very many worlds are graced by
his carefully crafted art.
Hey, where's your stuff? I'd be curious to see your skills in action. Got
any?
Thanks for the apology, I hope it serves to help you do a little reviewing
on your words before you send them, you know, "Does this really need to be
said and am I really the one who has the responsibility to say it?"

Have a lovely Yule!
